What I collect

I collect information you choose to provide through site forms, including your name, email address, organization, inquiry details, proposed timing, and your marketing-email preference. Wix also processes technical information required to operate and secure the site. If you consent to analytics, Google Analytics may collect information about how you use the site.

How I use it

Information is used to deliver requested resources, respond to inquiries, operate and secure the site, understand site performance, and send Less Noise. More Next. marketing emails only when you have explicitly opted in.

Marketing consent

Downloading the Digital Decision Filter does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. Marketing consent is optional and is collected separately. You can unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time.

Service providers and processing outside Canada

This site uses service providers to operate. Wix hosts the site, forms, submissions and contact records. Wix states that customer data may be processed or stored in jurisdictions including the United States, Ireland, South Korea, Taiwan and Israel. Calendly is used for strategy-session scheduling when you choose to open the booking tool. Google Analytics will be used for site measurement only after analytics consent is provided. These providers may process information outside Canada under their own privacy and security practices.

Retention

Filter-download information without marketing consent is intended to be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to deliver and administer the resource. Collaboration inquiries may be retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact unless there is a business or legal reason to retain them longer. Subscriber information is retained while you remain subscribed. After an unsubscribe, limited information may be retained as needed to honour the opt-out.

Your choices and requests

You may ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction, or request deletion where applicable. To make a privacy request, use the Collaborate form, choose Other, and write Privacy request at the beginning of your message.
